This company should be ashamed of it's leaving a poorly baby with no heating or hot water in mid-november and unable to provide information and updates so we can get this sorted ourselves. Just had a call from my husband to say baby was shivering this morning getting dressed. Why does it take from Friday 6.30 pm to Tuesday 9.40 am when I had to call and chase again to get this information.

They take your money, they are excellent at that, but if you need to claim it is impossible to get anything resolved. The claim is for damage caused by a leak which should be a fairly standard claim. It's impossible to speak to the right person.
My boiler was cutting off and pressure was dropping so I called the home emergency insurance provided by Halifax bank who I have been paying for the past 7 years. An engineer came out and said the boiler needs a new expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve and the boiler needs to come off the wall. I stayed at the Goldenes Lamm in Dinkelsbuhl during my travels across Bavaria and Baden to see the Christkindlmarkt. After experiencing the stress and strain of trying to park my car in Regensburg and Bamberg, it was pure delight to pull up to the Goldenes Lamm and have an easy place to park. Once my car was easily and safely parked, the Goldenes Lamm provided me a very clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed room at a very fair price. The hotel is family-owned, and their attention to detail and service showed and was very much appreciated. Although I almost always dine away from my hotel during my travels, I was tired from a long day on the road and settled for dinner at the Goldenes Lamm. Both the service and quality of the food were excellent.
